Lead HVAC Installer Requirements:

3 Years of Residential HVAC Install OR 1 Year of Lead Installer Experience required Lead / Supervisor experience preferred

Lead HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

This role involves leading and performing residential HVAC installations Responsibilities include installing HVAC equipment, coordinating jobsite activities, testing system performance, troubleshooting installation issues, completing startup procedures, communicating with homeowners, and leading helpers or junior technicians Additional duties may include replacing equipment, reading installation plans, and educating customers on system operation Work may involve furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, thermostats, ductwork, indoor air quality equipment, and other residential HVAC equipment Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
