Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Contract Eco Air Pros Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Selling Technician to join our growing team. This is a performance-based role. We are looking for technicians who take pride in their production, customer relationships, and ability to create opportunities through service, maintenance, repairs, IAQ solutions, memberships, and equipment replacements. We're not looking for someone who simply changes parts. We're looking for someone who can diagnose systems, educate homeowners, and help customers make informed decisions.Responsibilities:
Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, service, and maintenance Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems Present repair, replacement, IAQ, and maintenance membership solutions Educate homeowners on financing and payment options Deliver a five-star customer experience Maintain accurate customer and service documentationPerformance Expectations & KPIs:
This is a results-driven position.Success is measured by:
Customer satisfaction and review generation Average repair ticket Maintenance membership sales IAQ and accessory sales Equipment replacement opportunities generated and closed Revenue production Proper documentation and communication Attendance, professionalism, and accountabilityWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years residential HVAC experience EPA Certification Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Professional appearance and communication skills Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and solutions with homeownersCompensation & Benefits:
