HVAC Service Technician - 2 Years Experience Required

This position is responsible for assisting with diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while continuing to develop technical and customer service skills. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience or a technical school background who wants to continue growing in the HVAC industry with hands-on training, support, and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Assist with diagnosing, servicing, and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Learn troubleshooting and system testing procedures Document service calls using iPad software (photos, notes, forms) Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards Communicate clearly with dispatchers, management, and customers Participate in training and continued development opportunities Qualifications Minimum 2 years HVAC experience OR HVAC trade school certificate Valid driver's license with clean driving record Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Strong willingness to learn and grow Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors Ability to communicate professionally with customers EPA certification preferred

Pay:

$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
