This energetic role offers the opportunity to lead skilled field service teams, ensure top-quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional comfort solutions to our clients. As a key leader in our installation crew, you will leverage your mechanical knowledge, construction expertise, and technical skills to drive projects forward with precision and enthusiasm. Your leadership will ensure safety compliance, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction on every job site. Duties Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schematics, HVAC design plans, and safety standards. Oversee the setup and operation of refrigeration systems, ammonia refrigeration units, boilers, and other mechanical equipment. Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC system layouts to guide installation processes accurately. Perform field service tasks including troubleshooting HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems, appliance repair, plumbing connections, and equipment repair. Conduct welding, mechanical assembly, and maintenance work on various HVAC components using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Train and mentor junior installers on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and technical procedures. Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company policies while maintaining a focus on quality workmanship. Experience Proven experience in construction or HVAC service technician roles with a strong background in HVAC/R systems installation and maintenance. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents accurately. Mechanical knowledge spanning plumbing systems, refrigeration units—including ammonia refrigeration—and boiler operations. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding techniques, property maintenance tasks, and appliance troubleshooting. Familiarity with field service operations involving air conditioning systems and property upkeep. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred. Knowledge of mechanical tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics; experience with welding equipment is advantageous. Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Join us in delivering innovative climate control solutions!
