Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused technician who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance and service on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment. Identify and recommend necessary repairs or replacement options to customers. Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Participate in an on-call rotation as required. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience servicing residential HVAC systems. EPA Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions. Preferred NATE Certification. Experience with light commercial HVAC systems. Experience with smart thermostats, zoning systems, and indoor air quality products. Sheet metal or installation experience is a plus.
