Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Position Overview We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician with strong field experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in doing the job right. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers Complete service calls efficiently and accurately Maintain clean, organized company vehicle and tools Requirements 3+ years of HVAC service experience (field experience required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills EPA 608 Certification Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred NATE certification Experience with both furnaces and AC systems Light commercial experience Experience with smart thermostats and newer HVAC technology Schedule Monday-Friday Overtime available On-call rotation About Us We are a family-owned HVAC company serving the Lake Zurich and surrounding area for 30 years.
