Welcome to Bret Tripplett HeatingCooling, LLC, your new home for all things HVAC in Lincoln, IL! We're excited to extend an invitation to skilled individuals like you to join our team as a full-time Mechanical HVAC/R Service Tech . Every day with us promises fresh challenges and the chance to fine-tune your craft, from troubleshooting to installations, and refrigeration systems including the option to work with generators.
ABOUT THIS JOB
Earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $35 , tailored to your expertise and tasks. Additionally, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package featuring health insurance, a simple IRA, paid time off, and even a boot allowance!
Work-Life Harmony:
Our standard workweek runs from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Occasionally, there might be on-call hours on evenings and weekends as needed, ensuring a balanced blend of work and personal time.
