Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call Build rapport and confidently recommend the right solutions Ask smart questions to uncover comfort, safety, and efficiency needs Educate homeowners on repair vs. replacement options Present financing, maintenance plans, and long-term solutions Work closely with dispatch and customer service to keep operations smooth Maintain a clean job site and organized, stocked truck Continue growing through training, meetings, and hands-on development What We're Looking For HVAC service experience (residential preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Great communication—someone customers trust instantly Positive, team-first attitude Driven and accountable with a desire to grow Willingness to learn, improve, and take advantage of opportunity Why Leslie?
