We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer who can confidently handle service calls, diagnostics, and installations independently. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, self-sufficient, and ready to take ownership of their work in the field.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, condensers, coils, etc.) Perform full system installations from start to finish Handle service calls independently with minimal supervision Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional recommendations Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments Ensure all work meets code and company standards
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician/installer Ability to run service calls and installs independently Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Professional attitude and customer-first mindset Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Join Investor
