Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Ensure installs are completed clean, correct, and up to code Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices Maintain an organized, stocked truck and clean jobsite Work closely with dispatch and leadership to stay on schedule Take ownership of quality, efficiency, and team performance What We're Looking For 5+ years HVAC install experience (required) Proven ability to lead jobs and guide a team Strong understanding of install best practices and code compliance Pride in clean, high-quality workmanship Strong communication and professionalism with customers Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented Why Leslie?
