Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician to support industrial refrigeration systems for customers in the food and beverage, cold storage, pharmaceutical, and process manufacturing industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced refrigeration professional looking to work on complex industrial systems while building a long-term career with a growing organization. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems Provide both routine preventive maintenance and emergency service support Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues Manage service schedules, documentation, and customer communications Complete service reports and required paperwork accurately and on time Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and service calls Qualifications Experience servicing refrigeration systems; ammonia refrigeration experience preferred Freon-based refrigeration experience is highly desirable Understanding of commercial ventilation, heating, refrigeration, and control systems Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Clean driving record Ability to work independently with limited supervision College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred Completion of a refrigeration or HVAC apprenticeship program is a plus OSHA 30, fall protection, arc flash, or other safety training preferred Commitment to ongoing training and professional development What You'll Work On Ammonia refrigeration systems Food and beverage manufacturing facilities Refrigerated warehouses and cold storage facilities Pharmaceutical and process manufacturing operations Mission-critical industrial refrigeration equipment Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development Opportunity to work on complex industrial refrigeration systems and critical facility operations If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role within the industrial refrigeration industry, we'd love to hear from you.
