Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a dependable professional with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude. Our company has proudly served homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area with honest, reliable heating and cooling services. We value quality workmanship, professionalism, and team culture. Duties Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups Explain repair options and recommendations to customers Maintain accurate service records and invoices Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally Participate in on-call rotation as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team NATE Certification is a plus Benefits Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime available Rotating on-call schedule Pay $25.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience Why join A All Temp, Inc.
