Position:
Lead HVAC Installer Pay:
$38.00 - $48.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours of Work:
Monday to
Friday:
7:00am - 4:00pm, with some overtime and weekends as needed during peak season What you will be doing: Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems Ducted and ductless systems Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork Installing boilers Radiant heat and steam systems Test and balance systems Consult with customers and answer their questions Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers Maintaining high-quality and timely job performance Keys to
Success:
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to work efficiently and complete jobs on time Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive reviews Collaborate effectively with team members and apprentices Comfortable using tablets to manage workflow and minimize paperwork
Qualifications:
2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience EPA Universal Certification Strong mechanical skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to complete an HVAC system startup Desire and commitment to learn and improve General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems Possess or acquire all needed tools Ability to pass background check and drug screening Learn more about us: www.deljoheating.com
