Job Description
Yorkville Heating & Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team! Whether you're looking to get started in the trades or already have some hands-on experience, this is a great opportunity to learn from experienced technicians, develop valuable skills, and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. What You'll Do Assist lead installer with residential HVAC system installations. Help load and unload equipment and materials. Prepare work areas and maintain a clean job site. Assist with ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, coils, thermostats, and other HVAC equipment. Learn installation procedures, safety practices, and industry standards. Represent our company professionally while interacting with customers. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver's license. HVAC experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person!
