We are looking for technicians with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and motivation for success. As a tune-up technician with Air Dynamics, you will be responsible for performing maintenance calls to ensure systems are operating safely, reliably and efficiently while also providing repair options when needed. You will ensure all jobs meet our high standards, and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct seasonal maintenance tune-ups to maximize system efficiency and longevity Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately to restore equipment performance and ensure customer comfort Communicate findings, recommended repair options clearly and professionally following our system Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on honesty, integrity and building long term client relationships Demonstrate expertise in service and maintenance techniques and ensure all work meets company and industry standards. Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in clean, organized condition Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on HVAC technology and best practices Model company values of professionalism, teamwork and excellence in service
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of HVAC experience is required EPA certification required. NATE certification preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. components and diagnostic techniques. Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
