CompensationBenefits Hourly pay:

Paid Time Off and Vacation Paid Holidays Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (overtime as needed)

What You'll Do:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems Diagnose problems and provide honest repair recommendations to customers Deliver professional and friendly service on every job Work independently while being supported by a strong, team-oriented company

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable with a solid work ethic Good customer service skills

Nice-to-Haves:
