This role is a great fit for someone early in their HVAC career who wants to grow their technical skills in a stable, team-oriented environment. You'll help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and facility equipment while working alongside experienced technicians. •

Full-Time Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC and facility systems Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Inspect, clean, and replace HVAC components as needed Support preventive maintenance activities Respond to service calls and assist with system repairs Work with HVAC controls, air handling units, boilers, and related equipment Use tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Follow safety procedures and company standards Work indoors and outdoors, including rooftops and mechanical spaces when needed Required Experience / Skills 1-3 years of HVAC experience or trade school training EPA Universal Certification preferred or ability to obtain Basic understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting Willingness to learn and grow in commercial/industrial HVAC Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in physical environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) OSHA certification Experience with boilers, controls, or commercial HVAC systems Trade school or technical HVAC training Education High School Diploma or GED required HVAC or technical trade school preferred Location & Clearance Requirements Rockford, IL Must be able to pass a government background screening Compensation & Benefits $25-28/hour Full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential
