As we continue to grow our new construction division, we are seeking motivated sheet metal installers who take pride in their craft and are looking for a long-term home.

Responsibilities Include:

Installation of round and square ductwork systems Refrigeration line sets and equipment installation Working on residential and commercial new construction projects across the Naperville, Elgin, Gurnee, Libertyville, areas

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience in sheet metal, ductwork, or HVAC installation — or a strong mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn The ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfort working at heights and on ladders Use hand tools and power tools comfortably A professional attitude, reliable work history, and a commitment to showing up on time
