Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service experience in a fast-paced environment dedicated to property maintenance excellence. All work is paid, including internships, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems in accordance with schematics and design specifications Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting, drainage, and refrigerant line installation or repair Operate welding equipment for system repairs or modifications when necessary; ensure all repairs meet safety standards Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and system performance reports for accountability and future reference Can help Experience is not required, but please include if you have any experience with mechanical mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification is a plus Knowledge of field service procedures including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and documenting work accurately Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of property comfort and operational efficiency.
