- Competitive hourly rate for showing up and doing the job: Senior Technicians can receive $40 - $55/hour PLUS Commissions; Service and Maintenance Technicians can receive $25 - $40/hour PLUS Commissions.
- Commission on every invoice above the diagnostic: You share in the company's success and your earning potential goes sky high.
- Quarterly pay transparency: We show your true effective hourly earnings each quarter—our service techs have earned up to $85/hr in some quarters (Average is $55/hr).
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $2,500 based on experience. What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment: residential, light commercial, boilers, and tankless.
- Learn fast and adapt: handle unfamiliar equipment and repairs with support.
- Work safely, accurately, and leave a minimal call-back footprint.
- Communicate clearly with customers and offer value-add solutions when appropriate.
- Other related duties as assigned. What you bring
- HVAC trade school completion and 2+ years of residential/light commercial experience.
- EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).
- Clean, acceptable MVR and valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with iPad and iPhone; able to navigate and use apps confidently (dispatch, forms, photos, videos, invoicing).
- ServiceTitan experience a Plus; sales/estimating skills helpful.
- Able to work overtime/occasional weekends/holidays as needed. Physical Demands
- Climb ladders; access attics/crawl spaces; lift 50+ lbs multiple times per shift.
- Alternate sitting, standing, kneeling, and crawling to service equipment. Pay and Benefits
- Base pay: $25.00-$55.00/hr DOE, plus commissions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Paid vacation, 7 paid holidays (including a floating birthday-week holiday).
