HVAC INSTALLER

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our 'family' owned and operated Maxson team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficient operation of their systems. Duties Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation systems according to schematics and HVAC design plans Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC system diagrams for accurate installation and troubleshooting Operate a vehicle safely when transporting equipment or materials between sites Requirements Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on HVAC installation Strong mechanical knowledge including boiler systems, furnace and air conditioning installations Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with electrical wiring is a plus Knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning and furnace units and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in field service environments Certifications in HVAC or related fields are advantageous; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry standards Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier HVAC solutions!
