With years of trusted service in the Chicagoland area, we're now looking to grow our team with a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and cares about doing the job right. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced HVAC Installer who specializes in residential systems — including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. This position involves working independently or with a team to install systems safely, cleanly, and according to code and manufacturer specs. The right candidate will have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install new HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems in residential homes Perform start-ups and checkouts to ensure proper system function Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company in a positive manner Follow all safety procedures and comply with local HVAC codes Accurately complete job paperwork and installation reports Collaborate with office staff and service team as needed Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred EPA 608 Certification required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and handle physical demands of the job Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills Nate certification a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle and gas card Tools and uniforms provided Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Training and opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Apply Today!
