If you can diagnose faults fast, read a schematic like a map, and switch from HVAC service to 480-volt motor work without missing a beat, this is your lane. Is this you? Do you enjoy tackling building systems end-to-end—HVAC, plumbing, electrical—without sacrificing safety? Can you spot issues during inspections and address them before they become downtime? Will you jump on urgent maintenance calls and resolve them efficiently? Do you document your work meticulously and collaborate well on preventive plans? Are you comfortable assisting with new equipment install and startup? Do you take pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace? Your background High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven success as a maintenance technician or similar role. Depth in blow molding or filler machines, hydraulics and pneumatics, interpreting schematics/blueprints, and working with 480-volt, 3-phase motors. Strong troubleshooting instincts and attention to the details that matter. Great communicator; team-first mindset with the ability to operate solo when needed. Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and on-call when required. What you'll do Perform routine and corrective maintenance across facility systems. Conduct safety- and compliance-focused inspections. Respond rapidly to maintenance tickets and emergencies. Record all activities, findings, and repairs accurately. Build and follow preventive maintenance calendars with the team. Assist with installation and commissioning projects.
