Fast-Growing Service Company About the Role We're looking for a dependable and skilled Mid-Level HVAC Technician who excels at troubleshooting and takes pride in delivering top-quality service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and light residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Inspect systems and identify issues before they become major problems Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations Accurately document work performed using company-provided technology Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (this is a must) Experience with rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps EPA certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Strong work ethic and reliability What We Offer Competitive Pay (based on experience) Company-Provided Van (take-home vehicle) Company iPad for service calls and documentation Boot Allowance Tool Allowance Paid Time Off (PTO) Growth Opportunities with a rapidly expanding company Telemed Why Join Us?
