Lead HVAC/R Technician We're hiring a skilled HVAC/R Technician who can take ownership of service calls, accurately diagnose system issues, and deliver reliable solutions with confidence. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values professionalism, and knows how to get the job done right the first time. You'll work on a variety of equipment ranging from residential HVAC systems to light commercial and refrigeration units, alongside a team that prioritizes quality, accountability, and long-term customer trust. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems Service and maintain RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and walk-in coolers/freezers Complete system installations, changeouts, and equipment replacements Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, recommendations, and repair options Maintain accurate service documentation and manage daily workflow independently Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC experience EPA Refrigerant Certification required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Professional communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health and dental insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Consistent, year-round work Supportive team environment with steady workload
