Job Description
The Pre-Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to introduce individuals to the HVAC industry through hands-on field experience and on-the-job learning. The Pre-Apprentice will assist experienced Service Technicians while developing technical skills, safety awareness, and industry knowledge in preparation for a long-term career in the skilled trades.
