Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join us full time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and be proficient in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients. On occasion and as needed, Installer may assist our Service division from time to time. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate and cooperate with other technicians and field service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Interact with customers in a professional manner and timely communicate progress and completion of projects. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on job sites. Skills Proficient in field service operations related to HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of equipment installation & repair techniques for heating and cooling units. Ability to maintain and refrigerate various HVAC components effectively. Familiarity with property maintenance practices related to HVAC installations. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle for job site visits. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
