What You'll Do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Provide clear recommendations and communicate findings with homeowners Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Deliver a high level of customer service on every call

What We're Looking For:

HVAC service experience preferred (residential experience a plus) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work independently and manage service calls Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
