We're looking for a technical expert who takes pride in their trade. We operate a local shop where quality always comes before volume. We stay away from high-pressure tactics, rushed schedules, and sloppy installations. We simply want an experienced installer who brings real expertise to the job and takes pride in a beautiful and clean install.

True Work-Life Balance:
Expect 35-45 hours per week depending on the season.
Company Vehicle:
A dedicated installation vehicle and gas card are provided for your daily travel.
Overtime Pay:
Available and applicable when the busy season hits.
What You'll Do Lead Installations:
Perform top-tier replacements, change-outs, and new installations of a variety of residential HVAC systems.
Craftsmanship & Pride:
Ensure all ductwork, piping, venting, and electrical connections are clean, safe, up to code, and visually sharp.
Customer Care:
Walk homeowners through their new system operation clearly and professionally upon completion. Represent the

What We're Looking For Experience:
A proven track record as an HVAC installer with deep knowledge of residential sheet metal, equipment layout, and system commissioning.
License:
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
