Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to deliver top-notch residential service, repairs, and installations. The ideal candidate will be a master of diagnostics and troubleshooting with a passion for providing excellent, hands-on service to our valued customers. Requirements Minimum 7 years of residential HVAC service experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven ability to diagnose and repair modern communicating HVAC systems. Expertise in residential zoning systems and controls. Proficiency with mini-split (ductless) systems. Deep knowledge of various refrigerants including R22, 410a, and modern replacements. Strong understanding of high and low voltage circuits, including 24v controls. Experience with inducer motors and advanced furnace systems. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Benefits Company-provided service truck and fuel card.
