What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems. Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, boilers, heat pumps, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control system problems. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Complete service reports and work orders accurately and timely. Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and coworkers. Respond to emergency service calls as needed. Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience. EPA Universal Certification. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with boilers, hydronic systems, and controls. Experience with building automation systems (BAS). NATE Certification. Journeyman HVAC License or equivalent industry certifications. Why Join QPH?
