Experienced HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to efficiently resolve system malfunctions. Calibrate controls, test system performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements during installations and repairs. Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating solutions, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 5 years of proven expertise in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.

Customer Service:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.

Work Ethic:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Certifications (Preferred): EPA Certification, NATE Certification, or equivalent credentials.
