You will leverage your diagnostic expertise to maintain, repair, and optimize a wide variety of climate control systems, directly impacting the safety and efficiency of our customers' living environments. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform complex repairs on residential forced-air, geothermal, ductless, steam, and hot water systems. Utilize advanced diagnostic instrumentation to resolve intricate airflow, refrigerant, fuel, and electrical performance issues. Drive customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional communication regarding system health and potential efficiency upgrades. Manage mobile inventory levels to ensure timely, first-time completion of service calls and repairs. Document service activities and manage workflow efficiently using industry-standard field management software like Service Titan. Mentor junior team members to foster technical growth and maintain high service standards across the department. Qualifications Required Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA Universal Certification. Comprehensive understanding of HVAC industry standards, safety protocols, and local building codes. Proven ability to independently manage residential service calls. Preferred Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and maintenance. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting high-efficiency and specialized heating/cooling equipment. Demonstrated history of providing consultative advice to homeowners regarding indoor air quality and system safety.
