Job Description

Appliance Repair / HVAC / Plumbing Technician - Apartment Community Are you the kind of person who can fix just about anything—and actually enjoys it? Do you take pride in solving problems, helping people, and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our apartment community in top shape!
What You'll Be Doing:
Handle service requests (appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) Troubleshoot and repair stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, and more Perform routine maintenance and unit turns Respond to emergency maintenance calls when needed Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained Work closely with management to ensure resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and ready to jump in where needed Valid driver's license
