SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC AND PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER

The HVAC and Plumbing Operations Manager will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our Warsaw, IN location. This position offers a regular daytime schedule with weekends off.

YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC AND PLUMBING MANAGER

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our HVAC and plumbing field teams, with a primary focus on HVAC service and performance . You will be responsible for ensuring that jobs are completed profitably, company processes are consistently followed, callbacks are minimized, and inventory is managed effectively. You will work closely with technicians and field crews to maintain high operational standards and ensure accountability throughout the team. Your focus will be on maintaining operational discipline and process compliance, safeguarding company margins, and supporting the General Manager's efforts to drive revenue and growth. In order to do this, you'll need the following: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC field experience (required) Experience managing technicians or field crews Experience improving operational processes and accountability Strong focus on execution, operational discipline, and process enforcement Ability to lead in a residential HVAC service environment, driving daily details and accountability
