Lead HVAC Service Technician (Residential)

Summers Plumbing, HeatingCooling in Warsaw, IN is looking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician - Residential Team Lead to work directly in customers' homes diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems while also supporting and mentoring the service team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll continue running service calls while helping guide technicians and lead weekly trainings. We are a locally owned and operated business based right here in Warsaw. Our owner is actively involved day-to-day, works alongside the team, and is focused on helping experienced technicians grow into leadership roles. This is not a corporate environment-we're building a strong, high-performing team within our local community. This position offers $75,000 - $85,000+ annually , based on experience and performance, along with uncapped incentives and spiffs. The typical workday begins at 7:30 AM and ends depending on call volume. Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across residential systems Interest in mentoring and supporting other technicians Comfortable leading team trainings Willing to participate in an on-call rotation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must live within 30 minutes of our Warsaw location Do you provide great customer service while helping others improve?
