We are looking to hire an apprentice that is ready to apply themselves to a great career. We are committed to making you a great HVAC tech. We will help you reach your goals, and can even set you up with a financial planner to help with that. Raises will come fast if you show up and learn No experience required $17 an hour starting out with a $.35 per hour pay increase every quarter based on a review. No HVAC experience but some mechanical or construction experience is preferred Five paid holidays per year. Tools Paid For Online and In-Person Training 401(k) retirement plan Vacation pay as follows in the handbook Prior to hiring, we will do a criminal background check and a driving record check

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
