  • Join our facilities team as a Lead Facilities Technician.
In this role, you'll ensure the reliable operation of facilities while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities across multiple building systems including
HVAC, RO
water systems, electrical, plumbing, air compressors and mechanical equipment. Working in a GMP environment, you'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. This position offers opportunities to contribute to facility improvements, mentor team members, and support operational excellence through effective solutions.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
4+ years applicable work experience. Comprehensive knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and BMS. Strong troubleshooting skills for facility equipment and utility systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical documentation. Demonstrated problem- solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Trades disciplines preferred: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Stationary Equipment. Certifications a plus Boiler operation and steam system experience a plus. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Experience coordinating contractors and managing small projects.
  • OTHER JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Knowledge of
GMP, FDA
regulations, and safety protocols preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environmental conditions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
