Are you someone who is passionate about managing job processes and inventory, providing world class customer service, supporting and developing technicians and growing the business? To be successful in this job you must be a person that can take charge, results focused, productive, detail-oriented, analytical, dependable, team-focused, supportive and diplomatic. You must also be a proficient in all areas of HVAC, be proficient in oral and written English, be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Additionally, you must have a 3+ years in an HVAC role and have a high school education or GED. You must be able to work in a team that values excellence, integrity, dependability, professionalism and builds strong relationships. If this is you, and can prove it, you could be a great fit for our team. Salary is $80k - $100k based on experience and impact.
