Hiring Expectations:

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for heating and cooling systems Knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures High school diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Understanding of current HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards Ability to safely operate power tools and HVAC equipment Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in physically demanding environments Candidates who are located approximately 30 minutes from the Crestwood/Louisville metro area are preferred Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development Must be dependable, organized, and safety-focused Ability to work overtime as needed Must be able to pass random drug testing Dr. P's HVAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
