We are hiring a full-time Journeyman Lead HVAC Installer who specializes in residential & light commercial replacement to serve our customers in Lexington and the surrounding counties. We are in search of hard-working, licensed HVAC Lead Installers that have a strong knowledge base who enjoy their trade, have strong communication skills, and are team players.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck Customer service Assist and mentor others The qualified candidate will possess the following: Minimum of 3 years of experience Journeyman License Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Customer service / soft skills / building value focused Benefits the company offers: Company Phone Company Vehicle Spiff Program Uniforms Boot PO (after 90-day probationary period) Tool Account (after a 90 day probationary period) Cross-training opportunities for other trades Professional development assistance Employee Referral program Company paid life insurance Company paid short and long term disability insurance Paid time off Full benefit plan offering 401k match program
