Day Shift/ Full Time Senior-level opportunity supporting facility systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. About the Role Enjoy a stable day-shift schedule while working in a clean, professional pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. We're seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain critical building systems and support facility operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking for long-term stability, a strong team environment, and growth opportunities. A Day in the Life Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and building systems Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Maintain boilers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, and related facility equipment Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders accurately Support facility improvement projects and equipment upgrades Promote a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures Mentor and assist junior maintenance team members
Requirements:
What We're Looking For 3+ years of facility, industrial, or commercial maintenance experience HVAC certification/license and strong HVAC troubleshooting experience Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and facility systems Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Additional Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.
