Licensed HVAC Lead Installer

Looking for experienced HVAC Lead Installers with a journeyman license for this position. Purpose of the

Role:

Install our customers' new systems in their home. Identify opportunities for the customers to improve their system. Main purpose is to take care of our community and keep them comfortable in their home.

Strength:

HVAC Installers need to lift heavy parts and equipment. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.

Troubleshooting:

We would like if you have experience trouble shooting HVAC equipment. Role Requirements To be able to successfully perform this role it is expected that you should possess or be able to:

Qualifications / Experience

• High-School Diploma
• Trade School or comparative job experience
• EPA Card, Valid Driver's License, & Social Security Card
• Journeyman License Personal Attributes

• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently & exercise sound judgement
• Able to build strong, cohesive working relationships
• Able to remain calm & manage own emotions
• Capable of problem solving & trouble shooting
