Job Overview:

Instant Aire is looking for driven HVAC Service Technicians to become part of our expanding Field Operations team. In this key position, you'll handle the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic and routine service calls on HVAC systems Repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling units for residential and commercial customers Accurately document all services and communicate findings and recommendations to customers Ensure systems comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude Operate company-provided vehicles safely and responsibly Uphold company reputation for excellence with each customer interaction Follow company procedures and complete service tickets efficiently

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record No specific education or certifications required
