Our team is made up of seasoned professionals who take pride in delivering best-in-class mechanical services to commercial clients. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance services Service RTUs, air handlers, VAV systems, and chilled water systems Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical components Interpret wiring diagrams and system schematics Maintain accurate service documentation through digital platforms Work collaboratively with other technicians and project teams Maintain tools, service equipment, and company vehicles Deliver professional customer service Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Qualifications 5-7 years commercial HVAC service experience EPA certification preferred Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Experience servicing large commercial equipment Ability to use digital service reporting systems Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits 9/80 schedule ( every other Friday off) Company vehicle Full benefits package 401(k) Life Insurance PTO Work for a company known for excellent culture and long-term careers Stable company with virtually no turnover CMC Corporate Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
