About Us Safe Air Technology is a rapidly growing manufacturer of mission-critical and explosion-proof HVAC systems. We take pride in building high-quality, precision-engineered equipment—and we're looking for individuals who take that same level of pride in their work. Position Overview We are hiring an Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role involves assembling and wiring electrical components used in HVAC systems and ensuring each build meets our standards for safety and quality. What You'll Do Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and components according to technical drawings and instructions Measure, cut, and route wire and cable assemblies Crimp, solder, and connect terminals and plugs with precision Conduct continuity and performance tests using meters and other tools Inspect final assemblies to verify they meet specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve build issues What We're Looking For 1-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC manufacturing Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Skilled with tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and testers High attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus Why Join Safe Air Technology Hands-on work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment Opportunities to work on mission-critical industrial systems Career growth and advancement opportunities Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Vision insurance
