Job Description

We are currently looking for a experinced and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the HVAC field while working with a supportive team and cutting-edge equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues and solutions clearly to clients, and ensuring their satisfaction.
System Inspections:
Perform regular inspections of HVAC systems and components to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate service records and reports for each job performed.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Experience:
Previous experience working as an HVAC Technician or in a related field.
Licensing/Certification:
Valid HVAC license or certification (if required by your state/country). EPA certification is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Customer-Focused:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move equipment, work in various weather conditions, and handle physical tasks as required.
Team Player & Independent Worker:
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Problem Solving:
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently to solve complex issues.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
