Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems and related equipment as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients' spaces. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct field service visits to client sites, ensuring timely maintenance and equipment repair to minimize downtime. Utilize necessary tools to test electrical components and perform mechanical repairs with precision. Install new HVAC equipment and components following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference. Collaborate with team members on property maintenance projects. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience as a service technician within the HVAC industry with strong mechanical knowledge. Ability to read schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals accurately. Familiarity with field service procedures. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems combined with mechanical troubleshooting skills. Competence in using diagnostic tools. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments requiring physical activity including lifting heavy equipment or working at heights. EPA certified.
