When the day's installations are complete What You'll Do As a Seasonal Lead Installer, you'll lead residential HVAC installation projects while delivering outstanding workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Install high-quality HVAC systems safely and efficiently Lead and mentor installation team members on the job Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse, management, and support teams Complete all required paperwork accurately Keep your company vehicle clean and organized Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Follow all safety procedures and company standards Participate in ongoing training to continue growing your skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong leadership and communication skills EPA certification (or willingness to obtain—we'll help) Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments Why Keefe's?
