In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Duties Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and design specifications Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure optimal operation Read and interpret technical schematics, HVAC design plans, and mechanical drawings for precise installation and maintenance Perform routine service technician tasks such as equipment repair, component replacement, and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems Work in the field performing property maintenance tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and appliance repair to uphold property standards Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving ammonia refrigeration systems or mechanical installations requiring welding or boiler expertise Requirements Proven experience in construction or field service roles with a focus on HVAC installation or maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge including familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and appliance repair Experience working with HVAC/R systems such as air conditioning units, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and refrigeration controls Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; experience with HVAC/R troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters is preferred Mechanical skills including welding, equipment repair, and general maintenance of heating and cooling systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate heavy equipment safely in various environments Knowledge of property maintenance procedures related to HVAC systems and mechanical components Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us in delivering top-tier climate control solutions!
